Spacious design with a convenient washer/dryer combo.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. the high surfaces were coated in dust, making it uncomfortable for my family. We constantly dealt with sneezing and itchy eyes because the vents had not been cleaned at all. A thorough cleaning is desperately needed.

My stay was fantastic, as I appreciated the cleanliness and serenity that made my city explorations truly enjoyable. the hotel is just a short stroll from Cuba Street and the Wellington Waterfront, where I discovered local shops and enjoyed scenic views while walking through the vibrant streets.

It was just a nice choice for a rapid stop in Wellington with excellent value for money. The apartments were clean and had easy access to a variety of restaurants in the area.

stayed at courtenay village for 3 nights in a two-bedroom apartment. the rooms were really spacious and clean. it's super close to the sea, making it easy for walks along the waterfront. a highlight was having a washer/dryer combo, which was really convenient for our family. overall, a good spot to unwind.

Spacious room with great shower pressure, but the furniture felt worn out and needed updating. A lovely stay overall! I would consider returning for the experience.
